ConsumerElite Dental Plan
The ConsumerElite set of dental plans are designed exclusively for Nationalway Healthcare Association members. Your membership fees are included in the dental rates shown below. Depending upon the plan you choose, the dental plan pays preventive and diagnostic benefits once a year with no cost or a $10 Co-Pay to the insured. The benefits can be paid to any dentist or dental specialist that you choose. However, if the member chooses a contracted provider, dental services for basic and major procedures will be reduced and repriced based upon contracts that provide discounts for all dental procedures. (Contracted Providers Not available in all states)
The DentaCert plan is unique because it is guaranteed issue and can be sold on a stand-a-lone basis.
There are three Plan selections available to you to under the ConsumerElite program. All programs are cost competitve, are guaranteed issue, and have no waiting periods for preventive, diagnostic and basic procedures. Some of the plans have a six month waiting period for major procedures, and a twelve month waiting period for orthodontic services.
