Healthcare Insurance Cost Increasing

While the economy is slowly starting to improve, and more people are finding jobs and receiving growth in their wages, the cost of health insurance for many Americans is growing at an even faster rate. A recent study from the nonprofit group the Kaiser Family Foundation tracked the costs of employer-sponsored health insurance over the years, and showed that the average annual premium for family coverage through an employer reached $15,073 for 2011, which was a 9% increase over the previous year....

McKinsey & Company Backpedals on Health Care Reform Study

Last week, consulting giant McKinsey and Company released a study regarding President Barack Obama’s Affordable Care Act that claimed 30 percent of businesses currently offering health care to their employees would stop doing so once the act was put into full effect.
